Support the community: Patreon, donations and merch. Hire BITS: the packages below. They are separate. Support never pays for client work, and a client deposit is never a donation.

• Discovery Session

  $250–$500

  60–90 minutes, call or in person. We scope the idea, map who is involved, flag risks and outline next steps.

  Deposit Applied to a larger package if you proceed within 30 days.

• Event Ops Support

  $2,500–$7,500

  One event or a short series. Run-of-show, vendor and partner coordination, timeline, on-site or remote ops lead, post-event debrief.

  Deposit 30–40% deposit to start.

• Residency / Cultural Exchange Build

  $8,000–$20,000+

  Multi-month or multi-city. Artist selection, wellness integration, partner alignment, community programming, documentation. Milestone payments tied to deliverables.

  Deposit 25–35% deposit to begin.

The deposit comes first. No scoping, planning or calendar holds until it is received. Once work begins the deposit is non-refundable, and it is fully applied to your package.
